1. Do you have a catalog?
- Nourish Pet Care does not offer a printed catalog of our complete product offerings. However, you can find all of our products for purchase on our website nourishpetcare.com.
2. What are the methods to place an order

3. What Payment Options are available?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash is accepted at our main store.
4. Do you have a loyalty program?
- We provide a quantity discount on canned food of 10%. Also, when purchasing 12 bags of food by the same manufacture, you’ll receive a free bag. You only have to provide a valid email and your first & last name.
5. Do you “sell” my name or email information?
- Nourish Pet Care takes pride in protecting our customer's privacy by not selling our mailing list or e-mail list. You can feel confident that your name will not be entered into a barrage of databases when you do business with us.
6. How do I decide what food is best for my dog or cat?
- • The staff is exceptional knowledgable about all things dogs and cats. In most cases we’ll be able to answer the question but we can certainly assist with getting you in touch with the manufacture as needed.
7. Do you carry food from China?
- All food and treats are sourced from only the best most reputable manufactures. Most products are from regions like USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South America.
8. What should I know about the FDA and grain-free diets?
- The FDA is studying the potential link between grain-free diets and Canine Dilated Cardiomyopathy. The study is ongoing and there is no confirmation. We will continue to update with new information.
9. Do you sell any pets?
- We do not sell any live pets as we focus only on the best quality food, treats and supplies for dogs and cats. We assist several local rescue groups and we would be happy to get you in touch with the one best for you.
