  • We deliver up to 10 miles from our retail store located at 7951 Katy Fwy, Ste Q, Houston, TX 77024

3. Does Nourish Pet Care ship outside of Houston?

  • Currently we a focused on the Houston, Texas market

4. What is the cost of local delivery?

  • Delivery is free when purchasing greater than $39

5. Does Nourish Pet Care have same day delivery?

  • • Any order placed online at before 2pm will be delivered the same day at no additional cost

6. Do I receive any rewards by purchasing online?

  • We value your loyalty so we offer the same loyalty program online or in the store. You will receive 10% off canned food and for every 12 bags purchased you’ll receive a free bag.

7. What if you are out of stock on items purchased?

  • We will deliver all available items and backordered items will deliver as soon as they are available at no additional cost.

8. What if I have a return?

  • Nourish Pet Care is in your neighborhood so all returns can be made at the retail store for exchange or refund.

9. Do you deliver Frozen Pet food?

  • With a large selection of dog and cat frozen food available, we do deliver all frozen items. Houston, Texas can be warm so we do need someone home to receive the frozen delivery.

10. What time should I expect my delivery?

  • Once the order is placed on, we process and deliver the same day when ordered by 2pm. Most orders are delivered after 1pm and up to 8pm.

11. What information is needed on how to deliver my order?

  • It is helpful to know the apartment or subdivision name. We do need any gate codes needed to deliver. All orders are placed at the front door.
